Ryan is The Sales Director of both Avocet Precision and ABM. A Northern Ireland native coming from Eglinton near Londonderry. Ryans career has been spent applying his background in International Business and Management worldwide from Australia to the USA and Europe. He has been with the company since 2016 after returning to Northern Ireland and then seizing the chance to join the Avocet Team and move to Cheshire.

Ryan had an immediate impact after joining the company by driving exports for Avocet Precision in India the Americas and Africa; increasing export sales from less than 5% of turnover to over 25% in under 3 years. Ryan leads and inspires a diverse and talented sales team by fostering a team ethic, encouraging the team and valuing every individuals contribution.

He is calm under pressure and with an irrepressible sense of humour Ryan delights in the diversity of people and places that he gets to meet and to travel to . He says that his greatest pleasure is his family and seeing Manchester United win. He therefore has much to smile about.
