Not many companies can claim to employ the services of a superhero, but Andy is ABMs Spiderman, recognised as such due to his early interest in the 8-legged species and his collection of 20 tarantulas. Andy was educated at Limavady grammar school near his home in Northern Ireland and went on to build on his interest in the Natural world with a Natural Sciences degree from the OU followed by an MBA from Queens University in Belfast.

It is in business management and investment funding that Andy has extensive experience and expertise. He says he is inspired by legacy, the desire to build something lasting and meaningful and therefore he gets excited about being part of the ABM team. He describes Kierens leadership as inspirational and delights in being part of a team with an inclusive, fun, family ethos where he can help set the strategy and put his own convergent philosophy into practice.

Andy’s ability to succinctly analyse and explain any issue in a calm humorous way is infectious. He always has a smile on his face and says he gets great pleasure from the small things in life and from seeing people grow.
