We can supply precision profiled wire with an almost limitless array of cross sectional profiles available at request. A round wire is drawn through tooling made for each customer’s individual requirement to produce a consistent, reliable cross sectional profile to close tolerances.

Almost zero scrap is produced from our manufacturing process, meaning this saving is passed on to the customer. We can help to reduce your scrap costs by producing a net shaped product with close dimensional tolerances which would otherwise be produced through expensive and inefficient machining processes.

The number of applications is wide and diverse but include medical devices, sealing applications and filtration.

We can accommodate profiled wire orders from just a few kilograms to many tonnes.
